We can only ship to customers in the United States, with some restrictions. We cannot ship magazines with a capacity of more then ten rounds to California, Massachusetts, New York, or Washington D.C. Hawaiian residents cannot receive pistol magazines over ten rounds, but high capacity rifle magazines are legal. Those living in Chicago, Illinois, cannot receive magazines with a capacity over twelve rounds. Maryland residents cannot receive magazines with a capacity of more than twenty rounds, and for those in New Jersey a capacity of more than fifteen rounds is not allowed. Customers are responsible for knowing the laws that govern them concerning guns, ammo, and gun accessories. If you live in Oklahoma you may pick up the firearm at our location by appointment only. Please call 405-834-2192 or email for details.
If you live outside of Oklahoma we will are required to ship to a FFL (Federal Firearm License) holder in your state. Before we can ship we will need an signed copy of the FFL; which can be Mailed, Faxed or Emailed. The FFL holder will then have you fill out all the necessary paperwork for your state and may charge a handling or transfer fee as well.

To purchase ammo from us online you must be 21 or older and by law we have to verify that you are the age you say you are. There are a couple different ways for you to prove it to us:

Defective items may be returned for refund/exchange for a period of 30 days from the invoice date.
Non-defective items may be returned for exchange for a different item for a period of 30 days from the invoice date.
Non-defective items may be returned for refund for a period of 30 days from the invoice date and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. If you do not have the invoice, then a note with your Name, Phone number, Address and approx date of purchase will be ok.
The reason for return must be clearly stated on a note with the returned product.
Items that are returned must be un-modified and in re-sellable condition with all original packaging.
If you return a product for refund as defective, it will be determined by the staff at CoolGunStuff.com as to whether or no it is defective and a restocking fee may or may not be charged.
